Neyeka LTD is an independent watch repair workshop. We are not an authorised dealer, service centre, or affiliate for any of the luxury, vintage, or everyday watch brands mentioned on this website.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website, including those in our price guide and service descriptions, are indicative starting prices. They do not constitute a binding quote.

• Diagnosis First: Every timepiece must be physically inspected by our watchmakers before a final, binding estimate can be provided.
• Approval Required: No chargeable work will be undertaken without your explicit written or verbal approval of the final estimate.
• Additional Costs: If, during the course of a repair, additional work is deemed necessary, we will contact you to provide a revised estimate. Work will only proceed if you agree to the new terms.
• Declined Estimates: If you choose not to proceed with a repair after receiving the final estimate, your watch will be returned to you. Depending on the service route chosen, standard return postage or courier fees may apply.

4. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. All qualifying repair and servicing work completed by Neyeka LTD is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers the specific work performed and any parts supplied by us. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, water ingress beyond the watch's rated depth, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neyeka LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total cost of the specific repair service in question.

5. User Conduct and Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. You must not use the website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

When submitting information through our online forms, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information to obtain a service estimate may result in the cancellation of the request.
