The workshop

Sixteen years at the bench.
Still learning.

Neyeka is a small, family-run watch workshop in Manchester. We are not a franchise, not a dealer, and not a call centre. We are watchmakers — and we still do the work ourselves.

Our story

Started with a loupe
and a kitchen table.

Neyeka was founded in 2010 by Roland Weaver after a decade training under master watchmakers in Switzerland and Germany. What began as a one-man operation working from home has grown into a small team of accredited technicians, but the principle has not changed: one watchmaker, one timepiece, from diagnosis to return.

We are proud to be independent. It means we work for the watch — and for you — not for a brand's service department targets.
