How do I book a repair?
Use the online estimate form. We confirm the service route and cost before any chargeable work begins. If you decide not to proceed, the watch is returned free of charge.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes. We offer insured collection and tracked postal repairs across the United Kingdom, ideal if you are searching for a trusted workshop beyond your local high street.
Is pressure testing included?
Where suitable, we reseal and pressure test after repairs. Testing depends on the watch model, its condition and the service requested.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a two-year warranty on qualifying work. If a job or component is excluded, we explain this clearly before you proceed.
